-Within Dhaka metropolitan area: 24-48 hours.
- Nearby districts of Dhaka: 2-3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days.
2. Delivery Charges:
- Within Dhaka metropolitan area: 70 BDT.
- Nearby districts of Dhaka: 100 BDT.
- Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT.
3. Delivery Process:
- After placing an order on our website, one of our representatives will call you to confirm the order.
- After order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email/message.
- Our delivery partner will ensure your package reaches you within the specified time.
Return Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction. We have a simple return policy if there is any issue with your purchased product.
1. Return Period:
- If there is no physical damage by customer, then customer products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All accessories, packaging, and invoices must be retained.
3. Return Process:

- Send the product back to our office.
- After completing the return process, we will refund your money or send the replacement product.

- ঢাকামহানগর শহরের মধ্যেঃ ২৪-৪৮ ঘন্টা।
- ঢাকা শহরের আশেপাশের উপজেলাঃ ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।
- ঢাকার বাইরের এলাকাঃ ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ
- ঢাকামহানগর শহরের মধ্যেঃ ৭০ টাকা।
- ঢাকার আশেপাশের উপজেলাঃ ১০০ টাকা।
- ঢাকার বাইরের জেলাঃ ১৩০ টাকা ।
- ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়াঃ
- আমাদের ওয়েবসাইডে অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের একজন প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে কল করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করবে।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর, আপনাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন ইমেইল/মেসেজ পাঠানো হবে।
- আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার আপনার প্যাকেজ নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেবে।
রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

- কাস্টমার দ্বারা কোনো প্রকার ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ না হলে পণ্য গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করা যাবে।
- রিটার্ন করার শর্তাবলীঃ
- পণ্যটি অরিজিনাল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
- পণ্যের সাথে থাকা সকল আনুষাঙ্গিক, প্যাকেজিং, এবং বিল সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
- রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়াঃ
- আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
- পণ্যটি আমাদের অফিসে ফেরত পাঠান।
- রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর, আমরা আপনার টাকা ফেরত দেব অথবা পরিবর্তিত পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেব।
